Hitecmen PU9588 is a mono-component moisture curable polyurethane binding sealant manufactured under a strict quality-controlling system,applicable to the direct assemblage of motor cars, as well as the repair and sealing of windshield, and side window glasses.

Application

PU9588 is applicable to the direct assemblage of motor cars, as well as the repair and sealing of windshields, and side window glasses.

Use Method

1. Surface Cleaning: Cleaning the surface with absorbent cotton dipped with the specific cleaning agent after the to be bound portion is cleaned and completely dried.

2. Glue Applying: Aluminum-Tube Packaging: The glue can be filled into the tube with manual or pneumatic glue guns. Sausage-Type Soft Packaging: The glue can be filled into the package with the glue-like gun.

3. Surface Tidying : The glue overflowed from seams can be planed with spatulas or soap water.

Storing and Transporting Conditions.

-Avoiding pressing, bumping and scratching;

-Avoiding high temperature, rain or direct sunlight;

-recommended storing conditions:15-25°C,humidity,50% RH;

-Shelf Life:Nine Months Matters Needing Attention

-Pre-testing is essential for good binding performance;

-If the glue package has been opened, the remaining glue should be hermetically sealed for storing; -Avoiding contact with eyes;

 - If the to-be-glued substance is heavy or needs to be moved, auxiliary tools should be used to fix it during the solidifying period;

-Recommended use temperature of 5-40°C, humility of 40%-80% RH; the working environments should be adequately ventilated.
