Description
Hitecmen PU306 is one component, moisture curable polyurethane adhesive sealant developed by our company's doctors, produced under the ISO9001 quality system control. It is used in high-strength direct bonding and sealing of vehicle window glass onto the vehicle body.

Application
PU306 can solidify fastly to form high-elastic adhesive sealing layer with high initial bonding strength.It is used for bonding and sealing all kinds of vehicle glass and vehicle body.

Usage

1. Cleaning the surface:
take the appropriate amount of supported cleaner into clean and dry special container(timely seal the original packing). Use the clean absorbent cotton or other materials to dip the cleaner, clean up the grease and dust on the to-be-bonded surface, then completely dry(about 10 minutes, ranging with the temperature and humidity).

2. Brushing the primer:
completely shake up the primer, then take the appropriate amount of primer into the special container(timely seal the original packing). Brush a thin layer of primer on the cleaned surface with the soft wool brusher, then completely dry(about 10 minutes, ranging with the temperature and humidity).

3. Gelatinizing and Installation:
open the hole on the head end of aluminum canister using cone, screw on the plastic nozzle, then open the mouth using sharp knife on the nozzle with a certain size. If you use manual glue gun, you should pry down the rear cover of aluminum canister; if you use air-driven glue gun, you only open a small hole on the rear cover. Then use the glue gun to uniformly spread the sealant onto the to-be-bonded sections that have been brushed the primer by manual or air-driven way.

For sausage-shaped soft packing: set the soft packing into the 600cc tubular glue gun, shear open the head end, install the supported nozzle, then gelatinize by manual or air-driven way.

If necessary, you may adopt dot-form or bar-form gelatinizing method, in 15 minutes after gelatinizing, you should press the to-be-installed workpiece onto the sealant and fix the position.

4. Cleaning up the surface:
The sealant spilled over from the aperture should be scraped smoothly using scratch board or soap water. If careless, some places are polluted by sealant, please remove them using non-alcohol solvents such as gasoline as soon as possible. If the sealant has been solidified, please use blade to cut or burnish.

Packing
-aluminum canister: 310ml/piece, 24pcs/case.
-soft packing: 600ml/piece, 20pcs/case.
-large drum: 55gallon

Storage and Transportation
-avoid being pressed, impacted and scuffed;
-keep away from high temperature, rain and sunlight;
-the recommended storage condition: 15-25°C, humidity<50%RH;
-storage period: nine months under the above condition and in original packing.

Precaution
-To do the experiment in advance is the necessary condition to guarantee the excellent adhesiveness;
-After being opened, the cleaner must be used up in a day; or else, it should be firmly sealed;
-Avoid contact with skin and eyes; if carelessly, please wash them with a large amount of water and see the doctor;
-If the bonded part is heavy or needs moving, use the auxiliary tool to fix the position during the solidifying time(pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, locating block, etc.);
-The recommended use condition: temperature 15-35°C, humidity 40%-80%RH; keep the working condition completely ventilated;
